Our Company
The Axela Group is a certified small, women-owned consulting firm that offers customized Training, Organizational Impact Consulting, and Coaching for mid to large size organizations, social businesses, and non-profits who are transforming themselves and the systems in which they operate for good. Why? Because we believe, like futurist John Naisbitt said, “The most exciting breakthroughs of the 21st century will not occur because of technology, but because of an expanding concept of what it means to be human”.
And when it comes to these advancements, they must be available to every human. We work with organizations to build strategies to lift every person in their organization to their highest potential and believe, as Martin Luther King, Jr, said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
At the Axela group, we denounce racism and oppression of people in all forms and we firmly believe that celebration and engagement of human differences are where true strengths lie. We stand for equity, inclusion and belonging.
Our name – The Axela Group - reflects our belief that each leader – each human being – holds gifts within them. And with these gifts activated, leaders shine, teams reach new heights, and organizations excel…. we’d even go so far as to say the world is a better place.
We live our values as we bring out the best in our clients.
